What is a peel or peel? It is a beauty treatment that seeks to remove the upper layers of dead skin cells.
By eliminating this dead skin, the peeling promotes the growth of new skin thus fading wrinkles. If you have lupus or broken capillaries, peels are not recommended.
To make a home peeling you should wash your face with a non-greasy cleansing cream. Then apply the natural peel (recipes below) with your fingers all over the face. Be careful not to get into your eyes or mouth. It is normal to burn a little but if it burns much rinse immediately.
Homemade peel recipes
This peeling is very easy to do since it only requires one small apple and two or three strawberries. Clogging well and apply. Rinse after 5 minutes.
Peeling papaya and pineapple
Mix a piece of papaya and a piece of pineapple in a blender. Then mix the puree with raw honey.
This peeling is a bit strong and is special for combating deep wrinkles. Mix equal parts of lemon juice and distilled water and apply. Leave for five minutes and rinse.
After removing the peel you can apply a moisturizing cream that does not contain oil. This peel can be repeated three times a week. Two weeks of using it you can increase two parts of lemon juice to one part of distilled water. The results look like in three months.
For this herbal peel you need 1/4 cup of hot water and a teaspoon of each of these dried herbs: parsley, camomile and wild rose (rosehip, rosehip). Throw the herbs in the hot water and let stand for 15 minutes. Before applying, make sure it is no longer hot.
Place a hot, moist towel over your face for at least five minutes to open your facial pores. Remove the towel and dry your face with a clean towel.
Apply a thin layer of the mixture of papaya, pineapple and honey on your face. Leave on face for at least 15 minutes. Avoid getting the mixture into your eyes or hair.
Rinse the face mask with cold water and wipe dry with a clean towel.
